METCON
MetCon, short for metabolism conditioning, is a full-body workout that takes you through short, high-intensity cardiovascular workouts that will help you quickly burn fat.

TRX CIRCUIT
This fast-paced workout will keep your heart rate up, thereby increasing your caloric burn. You will use specialty equipment during this workout to help you tone various muscle groups.

WEDNESDAY WARRIORS
It is the middle of the week! Wednesday Warrior is a circuit style class where the format changes each week to keep things interesting! Get ready for body weight exercises, TRX, plyometrics, weights, bosu work, and cardio. Anything can happen in this class! ! Be prepared to sweat and have some fun!

FREESTYLE FRIDAY
It's Friday! Freestyle Friday is anything and everything! Get ready for body weight exercises, TRX, plyometrics, weights, Bosu, and cardio. Kick off a feel good Friday with this full body workout!

OUTDOOR CLASSES
Every class we offer can be done outside at the same time! The outdoor workout is the same as inside with some variation in equipment. Class is still guided by the instructor, just with some extra sunshine and fresh air!

OPEN FORMAT
On days listed as "Open Format," you can choose between our two core classes, MetCon or TRX Circuit. The instructor leads you through the workout format of your choice from your own spot with your own set of equipment.
