TRX

Total body resistance exercise (TRX) is a form of exercise born in the Navy SEALs that works all body muscles and strength. With our high- and low-intensity workouts, you'll gradually develop greater strength, agility and stability. 

METCON

Challenge your cardiovascular capacity with this metabolic-conditioning workout (MetCon). You'll increase your metabolism as you burn fat at a rapid pace, thereby giving your body a kickstart. You'll enjoy more energy as a result. 

SMALL GROUPS

Don't like working out in large groups? We offer classes for small groups as well so that you can receive more personalized attention and small corrections in form during class time. Invite your friends and family to come work out.

PERSONAL TRAINING

Do you thrive in a one-on-one environment? Are you at a beginning level in your fitness journey? We can cater to your needs. Our fitness coaches offer personal training so that you get the individual attention you need. 

Freestyle Friday

Freestyle Friday is anything and everything! Get ready for body weight exercises, TRX, plyometrics, weights, Bosu, and cardio. Anything can happen in this class!

At Zone Fit Nola LLC, we offer both personalized training and group classes. Among our best two classes include the TRX circuit and the Metcon workout. If group classes aren't for you, we also offer individual training catered to your fitness level. We have a convenient location close to City Park on Canal Boulevard in Lakeview, Louisiana.
